Modular Bed Rack System
Battlerails is a modular bed rack system designed with an outdoor lifestyle in mind. It gives you
the freedom to make changes to the system as the need arises. We have 4 standard kits
available but it is fully customisable to your requirements.
The purpose of the Battlerail system is to allow outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy their vehicle as a
practical tool to add their accessories to their vehicle while still enjoying the utilitarian nature
of a LDV.
We have a range of accessories on offer to compliment the Battlerail system, from rooftop tent
and awning brackets to spade and axe brackets. Easy to assemble and make alterations so you
can go from camper to contractor in no time.
The modular construction makes it possible to replace damaged panels only should you be so
unfortunate to cause harm to your vehicle. Steel construction, powder coated for a very
durable UV resistant finish.
All Battlerail kits are sold flatpack style with all hardware required and clear assembly
instructions. Basic tools and skills are required to fit the system to your vehicle.
The Battlerail system is also universal. Which means that Double Cab versions fit more than one
specific type of vehicle. For example the double cab version fits Ford Ranger T6/T7, Toyota Hilux
D4D and GD6, Isuzu, Amarok (up to MY22) and Navara. Same applies to supercab versions. We
also accommodate the new Ford Ranger and VW Amarok. Mahindra and Hilux SFA models also
share the same design.
The length of the load bins are virtually identical with the biggest difference in the width. This is
overcome by adjusting the aluminum extrusion top section. A few screw adjustments and the
new fit is achieved. No need to spend a ton of cash when you change vehicles, simply carry your
whole setup over to the next vehicle.
